128kbps Objects, produced and curated by OR-BITS.COM considers the gallery, what it might
be and how objects might be displayed and experienced within, outside or in-between it.

Network Music Festival have invited Samuel Rodgers to curate an exhibition of installation
work as part of this year's festival. Taking the notion of networking as a point of departure,
invited artists Steven Dickie and Pete McPartlan have made new works encompassing video,
sound and object that explore the nature of the singular within a mass and the transmission
and exchange of abstract thought.

A proclamation of an individual’s inferior intellect to that of our collective insight.
This spoken word and sonic performance by Steven Dickie examines aspects of the artists’
personal knowledge and his perception of collective wisdom. Conflating the ‘Wise Old Man’
and ‘Fool’ archetypes The Uncanny Anitisage discloses shortcomings and reveals aptitudes
in his understanding of the world to a live soundscape by the artist and Stuart Bannister.
